2Step Company was established in 2004 by a young lady who has danced around the world on many cruise lines as a dancer herself. Joanne Lister-Ward is now a professical ballroom and Latin, Jazz, Tap teacher. Teaching and partnering adults to young children for exams and competitions, she has full knowledge of dancing and working onboard cruise lines. 2Step Company are continuing to drive the agency forward and currently supplies some Cruise Lines with Gentlemen Dance hosts. We are always looking for ideal gentlemen dance hosts to share in the social and rewarding life at sea.
